Hyundai IX35 Automatically turn off ROOF Light ?

Hyundai IX35 1,7 CRDI Premium Upgrade ( year 2013)

Hi,

It is the second time that I have forgotten to turn off the roof light in the car and I discovered that after closing the car with the remote control the car does not automatically turn off the light. The consequence was that the battery went down.
Is it normal that the car does not turn off automatically the roof light after that I have closed it with the remote control? In the past I had more cheap cars that already had this functionality.
